Everytime I come in for eyebrow service they are always talking on the phone and never acknowledge the customers sitting and waiting. You would think the right thing would be for them as business owners is to acknowledge the presence of a customer and say “I’ll be right with you” well they don’t. They don’t even greet you and welcome you, the etiquette of customer service is zero. I waited 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me and that was after she ended her phone call. If I could give Uzma 0 stars, I would. I had a horrible experience. For starters, I sat in her chair for 20 minutes getting a clean up on my eyebrows (that were not in horrible shape). When she was threading my eyebrows, I was in excruciating pain. So I asked her was she making my eyebrows thinner than what they were. She says “No, Im just cleaning up your shape”. When she finished & I took a look at my eyebrows, one eyebrow was thinner than the other & she gave my eyebrow an entirely whole new shape instead of cleaning up m... read more
