Beautiful Blooms has left a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered online a week before Valentines day (today) and the flowers still have not arrived at their destination (current time is 3:30pm MT). The destination is 3 minutes away. I tried to call but their mail box is full and they have yet to respond back to my email I sent this morning at 9:30am MT. When going into the shop to confront them about it they informed me that they needed 12-13 days for orders on Valentines day delivery yet their website details same day delivery... read more
My first (and last) impression of Beautiful Blooms is delivering a bouquet for my wife's birthday - 5 days early, not returning email to me regarding this, not answering their listed phone number during normal business hours and not maintaining their voice mail. I cannot recommend this place due to inattention to one of the few details a florist needs to attend to. $50 lost because of poor administrative skills.
They lost my order on a very special occasion. I do not recommend this florist!
