We had used BB&K to update our bathroom shower a few months before hiring them for our kitchen remodel - so we knew the work would be excellent. From planning to product selection to workmanship, they exceeded our expectations. Even when there was a slight hiccup, David took full responsibility and immediately recommended a solution that was 100% satisfactory. Kudos also to his crew who were professional, friendly and fastidious.
From start to finish we had a wonderful experience with Beautiful Baths and Kitchens. We discovered some water damage in our hallway bathroom and decided it was time for a renovation. We used BB&K to do a refresh of our bathrooms. It wound up taking slightly longer than expected, but we're largely very happy with how they turned out. However, David didn't do a final walk-through after completion and there are a couple of lingering issues, and David is no longer responding to contact. I'd recommend with caution and insist on a final walkthrough to bring up any problems.
We selected BB&K from four bidders to upgrade our kitchen and main level. They were selected on both price and our comfort level with David. They followed the schedule they laid out, no delays, and performed flawlessly. David was always available for questions, concerns, and adapted to a couple of in-process changes. We were impressed with the level of craftmanship and professionalism of his team and recommend BB&K for your project.
David and his team did a great job renovating - and expanding - my teenage sons' bathroom. They took down a wall and expanded the footprint, turning the original closet size bathroom into a modern-day one. David and his team were very communicative, keeping us informed every step of the way. The work was quick, efficient, on budget, and well done. No surprises along the way. We are very happy with the results and would recommend David and BB&K to others.
