At my recent appointment with “Queen” she deliberately cut inches of my hair off, after stating that my hair was healthy and she would only need to trim a tiny bit. I’ve been growing my hair out and getting consistent trims for 2 1/2 years, only for “Queen” to cut off years of growth. It’s honestly traumatizing, I regret ever going to her. After waiting an hour past my appointment time I left with a cut instead of a trim, a burnt scalp, unwanted layers, and flat iron marks throughout my hair. X screen shot added to show I did in fact have an appointment. I saw “Queen” when my regular hairdresser saw me again she was shocked at the state of my hair and said it still smelled strongly of relaxer. I’ll continue to drive my self up to Durham.
