Overall rating is 4 stars. 5 star rating for the hairstyle only. My knotless braids were very nice and maintained well. The stylists definitely knew what she was doing. -1 star rating for the atmosphere. It didn't feel like the customer's comfort was important due to the unclean surroundings and entertainment playing on the tv. Also, the braids took a lot longer than I'm used to (6 hours). If it's not that important where you get your hair done or how long it'll take and you want it done well, this is the place for you.

The whole experience was wonderful. I was able to book easily and quickly got an appointment. She has reasonable prices and excellent customer service. She did a fantastic job on my braids and I was done within 2 hours!
