Didn't even get my foot in the door... – Out of fairness, I am rating this a 2 is because I didn't experience a treatment, just very poor customer service like the others with groupons. Every time that I called (and within the listed business hours), I received the answering machine. It took me 2 days of phone tag to schedule an appointment for a spray tan. Wonderful Facial – Wonderful facial with Cynthia. She is the best in the Newton area that I have found.
Awesome Gel Manicures – My daughter and I both got gel manicures at Beautifica recently. We think Cynthia is terrific, very nice and friendly and does a great job! I won't go anywhere else for my manicures now, I've also gotten pedicures and she is great with those too!
Great Facials! – I see Cynthia, the Esthetician, monthly for a facial - it is a treat I've been giving myself for years. I'd rather give up coffee than give up my monthly time with Cynthia! She is the best esthetician I've ever been to, bar none. Each and every time I see her, it is a wonderful experience of relaxation and pampering. She goes the extra mile with each customer to make them feel special. I leave with a healthy, glowing complexion and a feeling that I've just been to the best spa in town. Don't wait - call her!
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & AMAZING FACIAL! – I had a facial from the owner. I was really impressed with her knowledge of skin care and the fact that she took the time to explain everything to me. The room was very relaxing and very clean. She gave me a wonderful facial. My skin was so soft and smooth from the exfoliant she used I bought one to use at home. Perfect Spray Tanning!! – The spray tan here is flawless! I am getting married and was really nervous about getting spray tanned. The staff was very patient and answered all of my many questions. The spray tan came out perfect. It wasn't streaky or orange. I went into the spa pale and when I left I had a tan that was a beautiful shade of brown. I am now hooked on spray tanning and plan to go back every week.
Love this place!! – My sister goes to Beautifica all the time for gel manicures and spray tans and always raves about it. So I wanted to see for myself & I had such a wonderful experience. I did the gel manicure and I absolutely love it. A manicure that lasts at least two weeks on me is nothing short of a miracle! I am so excited to have found manicures that last I already booked my next appointment and I don't even need one yet!! The staff is so nice. Great Spa! – I am a regular here for many reasons. Beautifica uses all organic & vegan products and now their packaging is eco friendly. I think this is wonderful and I have never found another spa that does this. Not only are they a fabulous spa but they are also eco friendly. Love getting pedicures here. Wonderful Spa - Clean & Comfortable & in the Neighborhood – I have been going to Beautifica Day Spa for over 6 months, and have only had positive experiences. I live under a mile away, and it is great to have a wonderful place so close! Cynthia (the owner) is always polite and professional in the services I have had there. I feel very comfortable there.
