If this facility was a true “medical” establishment - they would be ensuring patient confidentiality. Throughout my time speaking to this business through whatsapp, they fail to mention that it is a group of men who run the business? I am uncomfortable knowing random non-medical professionals now know things about my daughers body and condition. Reading the other replies to the 1 star reviews makes me laugh. They clearly do not care about their clients and only about their image.
I really liked the HydraFacial! The service was excellent and very professional. She explained every step clearly and also told me about the benefits of each step, which made me feel very comfortable. My skin feels so fresh and glowing. Highly recommend her service!
