** Switching to 1 star because there is even more BS with this place. Not only did she call ahead of time and say what she wanted, but they waited until she was in the chair to say they don't have someone to do a basic nail design. They then sprayed her Lulu lemon jacket, and switched nail techs half way through because the manager cant do French tips... Been here 3 times. The last time this week and the service was terrible. The manager of this place did my nails, he seems very pushy to get you to get more expensive services. I told him how I wanted my nails and what I wanted. Then he proceed to do them but seems to have an attitude. He cut my skin 2 times, didn’t do the service as usual. Don’t like the place anymore. Nails came out looking not great or good to the extent as other times. Seems very phony just trying to get your money but the experience isn’t great.
Delaney was so sweet and attentive to my nails. Loved my nails and pedicure! Definitely will come back (:
