Beauterre Recovery truly changed my life. Drew was the best counselor I could have ever asked for, he went above and beyond and truly helped me grow and change. Tim and Josh are fantastic directors who really care, and the front desk staff is always welcoming and helpful. The nurses are absolutely amazing, special shoutout to Robin, Lisa, and Jerome for always being kind, patient, and supportive. I really loved my time at Beauterre. It's a beautiful environment full of caring people. The 180 acre estate is full of activities and things to explore and the hotel style rooms are very comfortable. The nurses are very proficient and caring, and very thorough when it comes to treating withdrawals, at least in my experience. I loved my counselor, Jess, and my MHP, Billie. I highly recommend Beauterre if youre serious about your recovery. The meals are great, the staff care, and the structure is very organized. Beauterre knows what they are doing, and they are good at it. The director is there often and is very friendly, if you have any issues with anything, staff handle it in a professional and timely manner. Beauterre is also beautiful inside and out, + clients are all very nice and welcoming.
From admin to leaving, the staff worked hard, supported my every step and focused on the core of my issues (mental health).
Extremely disappointed at the "treatment" my dad was given here. He came out worse than going in! When reaching out to his care team about my repeated concerns about him being on the medication clonazepam they just said they told my dad (an addict) about the pitfalls of the medication, and he is aware. Well now my dad is high as a kite 24/7 off this medication-shocker!
