I had been going to the same lash tech for 9 years and decided to try somewhere closer to home and I'm sure glad I did! Being anxious about the change wasn't an issue the girls here are absolutely lovely here at Beauteez they listen to what your after and make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with your lashes. went in there yesterday hoping to have my lashes done for my maternity shoot. Booked online for 4pm. went in there at exactly 4, lady sitting down and looking at me like I walked in when they were closed. I said I have an appointment and she kept saying I didn’t even though I booked online. Honestly just gave up trying to even talk to her and walked out. Very disappointed.
Had an appointment booked and was there on time. 20 minutes after said appointment time for a lash lift and tint I still hadn’t been started on. Meanwhile there were walk in clients that arrived after I did. They were being served and put into the chairs to have what they wanted started. Was a poor effort from the staff and they barely even acknowledged me being there. Ended up walking out after 25 minutes of waiting.
I paid $140 for full volume hybrid lashes and received a rushed service with extremely natural lashes. Thinking you can scam someone because they're visibly young is not OK. I paid the same amount as anyone else and received an entirely different service all because people think its OK to rush things or do a bad service because apparently I'm too young to notice.
I am always very satisfied every time I visit Beauteez for eyebrow threading + tinting The owner of the store is a beautiful human being and no matter which staff member I get, the service is always of a high standard to me
