I booked a "Photoshoot Makeup and Special Event" appointment online and got a follow-up confirmation email. The confirmation email had an address on it. On the day of my appointment, I drove for an hour to get to the location in White Rock. When I got there, no one was there. The location indicated on the confirmation email is a communal office building space, with a shared receptionist.
