I used to get great service here when the owner did my eyebrows. But when I came back today, I was honestly shocked by how bad the experience was. 1- I called to reschedule my appointment and the attitude was cold from the start—zero warmth, zero professionalism. She even told me the last appointment was at 6:15 PM instead of 6:45 PM. I recently moved to Montréal and was mourning the loss of my (lovely) former threader. I am so happy I found this shop! They are quick, kind, and do wonderful work. I put off getting my brows done out of fear of a bad threading, but they an incredible job and I feel human again! I will 100% be returning the second they start growing in again.
