The quality was poor and the customer service was unremarkable. I got gel polish on my natural nails, and the paint bubbled and peeled off in less than 7 days. I went back to the salon around day 10 to have the remaining gel removed. The customer service was cold and transactional both times I went. They weren't even apologetic for providing a poor service on my first visit. I have higher expectations for beauty services, so I won't be returning and I do not recommend them for gel manicures. i come here when i can and i personally go to kiki for my nails! she always kills with them and i always walk out loving them and feeling like a new person! these are some of the sets she has done for me! highly recommend this place in general before i found kiki i used everyone else there and loved them all! lovely people and amazing customer service 🩷
