First time in this store. Date: dec 17th. I walk in, 945am, no bags, both hands empty. I grab 5 packs of hair: 2 expression 72" and 3 kanekalon. I bring 5 packs of hair to the cashier. Lay them all down on the counter. She process the transaction, I paid, she hands me my receipt. As I walk out, she runs after me to tell me that I only paid for 4 packs of hair and that I owe the store for 1 pack. I asked her "how so? Why did you not charge me for the 5 packs of hair?"
