I would strongly advise people considering shopping at this business to shop anywhere else but this. The customer service is poor, the product I received was not able to be used as it has gone bad glue to rubber.. I was issued a replacement that arrived in the same condition. I contacted the company again and also the manufacturer. The manufacturer immediately contacted me back and send me new product along with extras for the inconvenience. Hera Beauty was slow to respond and offered me 10 credit for their store (no thanks)... read more
