Their return policy sucks. I have been going to this store for many years and spent hundreds of dollars there buying wigs and other products . I tried to return a clip on hair piece for a ponytail that cost eleven dollars. It probably cost 2 cents to make in China. It was in the original package and the owner refused. No love or loyalty to their customers. I will take my business elsewhere and start embracing my natural hair. It was my first time returning a product .Very disappointed in the Service. Aujourd’hui, je suis allée au Beauty Hera de Lassalle et j’ai été servie par Nina. Excellent service ! Elle est impeccable, souriante, disponible et très ouverte aux questions. C’est vraiment plaisant de voir une telle attitude professionnelle et accueillante — ça donne envie d’y retourner ! 🌸
