Worst service ever. I wish I could give 0 stars. I booked an appointment with them the night before, but the next day my plans changed, so I called to cancel. Instead of being understanding, they were rude and spoke to me disrespectfully. They even insulted me during the phone call, which was completely unprofessional. I visited Beauté Glow des Sources today with high expectations after reading so many great reviews online. I even called ahead to explain what we wanted, and I was encouraged to come in. Honestly, if you are not accepting new clients, that should have been clearly communicated to me over the phone. Unfortunately, the experience was emotionally disappointing. I can’t thank Asha and her amazing team enough for making us all look and feel absolutely stunning on my wedding day! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and made the whole morning so much fun. My makeup and hair (and everyone else’s!) turned out perfect — Everything lasted all day and night! Highly, highly recommend!
