I went to this place to install loc extensions. They do not honor appointments and show up whenever they want. My extensions fell out after 2 days and they told me they were too busy to fix it until the end of the week. I requested a partial refund and sent a picture but was ignored. I sat for a full 8 hours and had to pay someone else to fix their mess. They charged me $450 for horrible service. Please avoid this place.
STAY AWAY from this salon: Worst salon experience ever. I had an appointment but Charleine arrived 45 minutes late, then spent more time on personal phone calls before even starting. She could see I wasn’t happy with how short she was cutting the back but didn’t become more attentive — she still left the sides uneven. Despite showing photos of the style I wanted, I got a rushed cut and a two-minute blow-dry, yet was charged full price. A complete waste of time and money.
