Wish I would have read the reviews on here before booking. I also booked an appointment, received confirmation and showed up to the door being locked and nobody answering the phone. DO NOT BOOK ONLINE!
I would not book an appointment here ever again. Confirmed my appointment through online booking with a waiver form and my banking info. Show up for appointment and door is locked. Tried calling and no one answered. Absolutely unprofessional and ignorant. -100 stars. To allow people to take the time out of their day and drive across the city to blow them off. They had better not charge my card for a no show!! Very angry

I would give no starts if I could. This place is not professional at all. I booked an appt , got a confirmation email and text message and they sent me a form to fill which I did. When I sent to the salon for my appt, it was closed and they sent me an email after my appt time that they rescheduled my appt. I will never think about trying this place again. This is a waste of time and disrespect to clients
