I made a reservation ahead of time for two pedicures at 4:15 PM and arrived early, yet we were left waiting for over 30 minutes with no service while other clients were taken in. I completely understand being busy, but reservations should be respected, or at the very least, clients should be informed about delays. I really appreciate the work they did on my nails.
Some of the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. I asked for square and they’re SO crooked, large and lopsided. I could say more about my experience but honestly the work speaks for itself. I won’t be coming back.
They are super warm super nice I got a tench vanilla!! Loved my nails!
