Dr. Nic is the best, didn't near around the bush and is always on cue
Friendly clean and no sitting for an hour.
IF I could give a rating of 10/5 I would. I have NEVER had a better hospital ER experience. Everyone seemed to be happy to be there, no treating me like I was an inconvenience like most other hospitals. Entered expecting to hear I had shattered my ankle. Full intake, X-rays, doctor consultation and final wrapping and treatment of my foot and ankle in roughly 1 1/2 hours. Got lucky..not broken but badly wrenched and battered. Very very special thanks to Dr. Schmidt. World needs more doctors like her.
