I had a wonderful experience at Ideal Pharmacy in Orléans. From the moment we walked in, the pharmacist approached us proactively — no waiting around or hunting someone down. She listened carefully, asked the right questions, and quickly helped us find exactly what we needed. What really stood out was her honesty and generosity: she noticed one of the products was near its expiry date and offered us a discount without us even having to ask. The Pharmacist Dima Saleh's service is highly professional. During my three visits to the Pharmacy, she treats me and the members of my family with courtesy and respect, provides clear instructions to us and discuss how to take our medication safely. The other Staff Member Paramvir is polite and available to help with the products on the shelves, and with the complimentary coffee service. I strongly recommend Beausejour Ideal Pharmacy to family and friends for their excellent service.

I had to urgently buy crutches from them which wasn’t available my size at that time. They later offered free change to tall ones and free delivery to my place. Very nice people. Thank you.
