I had to listen to four "commercials" before hanging up, all in an attempt to find out if they were open! You can't put your hours as the first thing?! Google says your open but it's Thanksgiving Monday so didn't want to chance it. Had to go to Cantire instead. For a small town hardware store that's ridiculous
Shout out to Janet (okay and Jason!). Actually shout out to all the staff because I’ve never had an unpleasant experience. More recently I went in and received excellent customer service, Janet was able to go above and beyond in a time in need and I am forever grateful. Our town is very lucky to have the staff at home hardware. Thank you 💖
Super nice ladies working here. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, with very good senses of humor! I regret that I only had one excuse to shop with the people here!
