Honestly, I love this place as it provides a 60kw charger for my lightning. Sales guys seem very interested in discussing the EV world and they have a GM and a chev EV truck available for anyone to go test out.
Horrible experience, got approved for a loan though scotia bank, I have no idea what they did but the loan fell though after 3 days of us already leaving with the vehicle just for us to have go and return it. We went else where for our vehicle, got approved for the same thing, similar interest through TD. I have no idea what they did but they really dropped the ball on this one, save your time and go else where.
brought my truck in to get a ball joint replaced. was quoted $370. final Bill? $731. Citing extra time needed as they were hammering the hell out of it to get it unstuck. 1) they did not notify me of the extra charge, law states that repairs cannot cost 10% above the quote without authorization. 2) after 15 to 20 minutes of hammering why not use the torch, which they only did after hours of hammering. Very disappointed and will NEVER buy or get service here again.
Knowledgeable and confident staff. Very helpful in identifying vehicle issues and service department. Very friendly and positive staff for sales department. Able to help you with any issues that you have and looking for and or purchasing a vehicle
