We couldn't be more pleased with the service from Beausejour GM. Our Salesmen Chris Jones went above and beyond helping us with our purchase and understanding of our new Chevy Equinox and how everything works as we are seniors and all this new technology can be very overwhelming. Sad to say but if it were possible to give 0 stars I would... We have had nothing but great experiences with GM dealers in the past, but have NEVER been treated this way before. We were working out of town (2.5 hours from home) had studs break off the truck just a few miles out of Beausejour and thought the best route to go was to go to the GM dealership to repair...I called just before 6pm on a Wednesday to see if they would have time to repair within the next day or so and was told by reception that it should be no problem... read more
