Oh my goodness, the staff were excellent. Very friendly and kind, thank you to the receptionists and hygienist. Dr. Niza Sinkala , thank you for your care and professionalism and easygoing manner too. I felt well looked after and welcome as a last minute visitor while on holiday from Toronto and was very thankful for your help with my situation .
They tell you you have cavities when you don't- unnecessary dental work done causing more issues/pain even years later. Switched to a new dentist in the city recently and not one cavity. Only needed a mild cleaning. They don't care about the patient needs/concerns either. I asked for my dental records to get transferred and the receptionist sounded very nervous and unsure about it and asked me to call my new dentist for them to arrange the transfer privately which sounded very strange.
