Whoever answered the phone Monday 8.15am was not in the mood for customers. Guy was pissed from the get go when I didn't hear what he said at the start so politely asked "Hey is this Advantage Tyres?". Guy sighed. When I asked about a set of tyres, he asked what type, I said the size.. Guy asked again what type. Now I'm confused because I just said the size. I am a traveller from Canada and I damaged the sidewall of a rental car tire. I called on a Saturday & they didn't have the tire I needed, but he said he would order me one & it would be there by Tues afternoon. I was worried that my damaged tire was dangerous & he was kind enough to let me send a pic & told me it was ok to drive short distances. Had an unplanned issue with my tyre. Despite being busy the young man there couldn't have been any more helpful. It's a shame I don't live in the area or these guys would be my go to tyre shop. Keep the great service up!
