I purchased a premium service package worth $299 from this shop, which was supposed to include an oil change, wheel alignment, and a comprehensive 18-point safety check - including checking all fluids and filters. I came here for a service, but the staff were extremely pushy and borderline abusive, forcing me to buy tyres from them to get my car seviced. I felt intimidated and uncomfortable. This is unacceptable and I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to others.
