Very disappointing staff very inefficient. Only one person there. They were too busy to come to reception as they too we’re busy laughing on phone. Appears there were no cars in the workshop. Three of us waiting, two left said not waiting anymore. My car had been booked in, staff member was vague, had to wait for manager to return, which was fine on arrival no part was there and was going to have to drive and get it in!!!!! BRILLIANT, called in after having a flat tyre changed by RAA, I expected to have to leave my wheel and come back later in the day as is usually the case with repairs at other tyre dealers ,leaving me on the road without a spare wheel but the Manager suggested if I would like to wait he would fit me in at first opportunity, thirty minutes later I was on the road again.
$50 for a puncture repair. The mistake I made was not asking the price prior to getting them to work on it as I thought how much could they rip someone off for a puncture repair. Had it done for free when it was Beaurepairs and paid $20 a few days back at my local on another car. Learnt from the mistake. Never going back and now it made sense why the shop was absolutely empty with zero customers at noon on a Monday which is typically a very busy time. Replying to owner’s reply - yeah mate sure! Terrible service, won’t be going back. Went to change a dysfunctional tyre - they first changed the wrong tyre. Second time, they put the old tyre back onto the car. Third time - had a to buy a new tyre, they refused to give any discount, no apologies for the inconvenience and any concerns I raised were dismissed. Be careful, especially if you’re a woman as they attempted to intimate me in a group. Don’t go here!
Trash service. Went there for a servicing but the guy on front was not at all focussing on me. Asked him once about my appointment which was for 10:30, 31 dec 2024. He was checking up with something and many ppp came and went from there he was addressing everyone but not me. After like 15 minutes at around 10:45 i left the place despite having appointment cane back wasting my time.
