We had a blow out today in our truck and within the hour the team from Goodyear Autocare Thornton were able to come to site and replace two tire’s with no trouble at all, if you want the best service with fast reliable professionals look know further than the team at Thornton - special thanks to Tony (road side technical support) and Joe ( in the office) great work guys! Highly recommend!!
Update: This is now a Goodyear store. Whilst I was saddened to learn of the closure of Beaurepairs, Joe and team (for Goodyear) provided exceptional service when my tyre suddenly ran a flat. Joe fitted me in without any problems and the team were on the car seconds upon arrival. I cannot fault the service and time taken to explain things to me. Will drive the extra mile to do business! Took my car there this week wanting a wheel alignment and balance as it had a wobble and pull in the front. They then said no it needed left and right rack ends, tie rods, lower control arm bushes and suggested to go to their repair centre for the work. As a FEMALE, who luckily knows a little about cars... and thought it was more a tyre issue... I went to Terrace Tyres for a 2nd opinion... 1 new tyre and a wheel alignment and problem solved.. saving me a lot of $$$ I would not recommend this place to anyone..
Genuine, considerate and respectful professionals who go above and beyond to help out a customer. I had my car go in by tow truck with next to no notice. Joe and his team replaced the tyres and did a wheel alignment for a more than reasonable price. I really appreciate the work Joe (and team).
Spur of the moment thing ,walked in off the street, the service & knowledge of parts & tyres was excellent. I got a great deal on a new set of Goodyear Wranglers for my Ford Ranger they didn't make me wait long at all before I knew it i was on my way, thanks to all the guys at Goodyear Thornton.
