Staff where friendly and fast, overall a good experience
This is the worst customer experience I've ever experienced - avoid this place at all costs. They added a warranty to my purchase without (telling me), then when I came back to get a puncture repair and rotation (free under warranty) it turns out I have a non-repairable puncture which requires a new tyre. They did not have one in stock, but refused to order one in from the warehouse and sent me off to a competitor across the road to resolve at my own expense. Went to get some new tyres on the Ute today, they priced matched and the service provided was excellent 100% would recommend!
I could not recommend them more highly. I thought I needed a new tyre but they removed the offending nail and repaired the old tyre and didn't charge me at all!
Always looked after here. Pretty much my go to tyre shop. Relaible and trustworthy.
