So TO BE CLEAR - This is NOT Beaurepaires any more and has been taken over by GOOD YEAR AUTO. They don't show up in web search or have a contact number, so you CAN'T RING THEM. AVOID. I dropped my car off for a simple puncture fix and they said they'd let me know. 2 hrs later I still hadn't heard anything and couldn't find a number. Went back and a different guy told me he wasn't sure but thought that it "couldn't be fixed". Friendly and quick service. Reasonable price
Absolutely top class service! The staff here are exceptional, friendly and super helpful. I needed a tyre changed last minute and didn’t know what to do with myself. Drove to the shop where I was looked after by the lovely staff at helpdesk. Biggest shoutout to Karly (hope I spelt it right) who was nothing short of a superstar. She changed the tyre for me last minute and left in the damaged one to get fixed. She was lovely to talk to and so nice throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
