Booked an appointment for a flat tyre assessment 3 days ago for 10am 6th September 2023. Arrived today at 9.45am to be told by the Manager Dinesh Karnam that I had no booking. I stated that I booked several days ago and was told there was nothing on the system. Was then told if I wanted the tyre checked I would have to wait at least an hour maybe more because they were so busy, despite the fact I had a booking and they were only servicing one other vehicle.
