Unfortunately I got a flat tyre today on Mona Vale Rd. I changed it for the substandard spare but needed the proper tyre repaired and back on the car asap as I was heading up the freeway. The guys promptly sorted it and had me back on the road fast.
After calling twice to confirm they rotate tyres on a Tesla, I booked an appointment. When I rocked up (late afternoon appointment) I was told they don’t have the correct equipment and they received a bulletin earlier in the morning that they cannot work on Teslas. While I appreciate that they didn’t want to do the work if they don’t have the correct equipment… is it that hard to notify your booked customers a head of time so they don’t rock up after taking the afternoon off work to then be told at the shop. Poor form.
Big shout out to John who helped me as I rolled in just on closing time with a punctured tire. He repaired quickly for a fair price and I was on my way. He really got me out of a bind as I had quite a few kms to do before getting home and given it was a Friday and after 5PM I am super appreciative. Thanks John!
Absolutely amazing service!! I came in with a flat tire, they knew it was a weekend and needed it to be fixed urgently. They drove all the way out west for me with tolls just to get 1 tire!!! They were super fast and efficient and honestly just so kind. Thankyou so much
