So happy about my purchase of tyres and wheel alignment with ‘the boys’ at Beaurepaire in The Valley. So kind, efficient and such friendly banter! Made it a pleasant experience while I read my book in the aircon!
Can business owners please redirect phones or at least provide a recording that the shop is currently closed. Couldn't get through and drove in today to find a sign saying "store closed to short staff" Otherwise have been very happy with service at this place.
Fantastic service. Got a nail in my tyre and after calling a dozen tyre shops around brisbane, all of them claiming not to carry the wheel of my 4 month old car, beaurepaires came through! They got the exact tyre I needed and booked me in the next day. For reference, my dealership booked me in over 2 weeks later and quoted me twice the price I paid at beaurepairs. These guys knew exactly what they were doing and had me in and out in a flash. Lovely team with excellent customer service!
Highly recommend this place! I Had to get wheel alignment checked as High 5 tyres in Banyo did an awful job. George looked after me. Thanks again Lads 💪
Staff were very friendly and helpful. They checked my tyre, explained it couldn't be repaired but fitted the spare, all at no charge. New tyre on order. Thank you!
