Called and specifically asked the TOTAL cost for 2 front tyres, fitted. I was quoted $135. Dropped off and should have re-confirmed but was in a rush to get to work. Upon pick up, the bill was $270. The person on the phone said $135. He did not say $135 EACH! Had no choice but to pay as they had already been fitted. Hot tip: be VERY clear with your customers and maybe re-confirm the cost on drop off prior to doing the work. Won’t ever be returning. Cheers for messing us around
I had a terrible experience at this tyre shop. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Went here a few weeks ago to get a tyre plugged & the price was more than any other place I'd visited in the past & unfortunately I do get nails in my tyres frequently from building sites. I assumed that it would be reflected in workmanship but was mistaken... I just had "that" wheel removed for a brake pad replacement only to find 3 studs completely destroyed and require replacement.
Good truck access and reasonable prices
I normally don’t leave reviews but I went to OTR - Eastern Creek for the first time a couple of weeks back. Firstly, I needed 4 new tyres and Sonny was only to happy to help me out over the phone. Then as I went in, Joe was professional, friendly and explained everything along the way. The whole process was so easy. I would highly recommend them and thank you to Sonny and Joe. See you again next time!
