Took my car in to replace a flat tyre. They replaced two tyres, and completed a realignment. Upon driving away the wheels were clearly not aligned due to a persistent noise coming from the wheels. I took the car back and they said the wheels had not been aligned correctly, and then completed another realignment. Upon driving the car away the noise became worse. I have had to take my car elsewhere. Not recommended for wheel alignments. Complete waste of my time on three occasions.
Sam and the team at this new Goodyear site are fantastic! They immediately found two tiny tyre punctures the previous Beaurepaires team couldn't. He suggested an alternative tyre brand to the dealer-preferred ones, and it fees like I'm driving a new car! Thank you! The vehicle drives better, the new brand looks better, and they are also cheaper than the dealer-suggested brand. They were able to source and fit this new set of tyres the same day!
