Receptionist on the phone was helpful and welcoming when I booked an appointment. In person experience at the Alphington store was a polar opposite. The lone service man at the store was surly to the point of rudeness, gave me the impression that I'd done something wrong or that I was a nuisance for arriving to my appointed time. It was easy to tell that he wasn't smiling because he wasn't bothering to wear a facemask during Covid lockdown. Appealing service. I had a gentlemen by the name of Tom Stewart who is the store manager! He displayed negative body language towards me, eye rolling about where I parked the car and comments under his breath about basically me not holding the car door open for him. I then challenged him about his behaviour and he got out of the car and stood over me to intimidate me. I would never take my fleet cars or my own personal car there ever again.
