Publicly scolded our friendly neighbors because the individual trimming our trees felt "they were being a Karen". They swore and cursed at our neighbor, making us feel embarrassed. They dropped large branches and debris into the neighbor's yard , hitting there fence and shed. I can not stress enough how unprofessional this company is and how they do not deserve your business. Please look elsewhere.
Sent a message Sept 2nd with pictures requesting a quote. It is now September 23rd and have not had the courtesy of a reply. Found someone else.
We unfortunately had to remove 2 very old tall Spruce trees. The crew made the process much easier with their professional efficiency. The trees were gone and cleaned up before noon!
One of the weirdest experiences I’ve had with a contractor. They showed up without notice and did the job while no one was home. I tried contacting them after to pay but they went radio silent for 2 months until a woman showed up at my door a few days ago expecting payment. I arranged 2 different meetings with her and both times she forgot to show up (and didn’t seem to care about wasting my time or even getting her money).
