Dr Kwok is the BEST! I had been going to Dr Kwok for kidney stones since I was in my late teens. He does things methodically and meticulously. AND he takes great care of his patients. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and his team.
The Nursing staff is awesome, caring, and explained the preparation. I felt like we were family. Dr. Alipour informed me of the surgical steps and what to expect during the recovery and healing process. He has a touch of humor that put me at ease. I thank you all!!
First thing, someone on Dr. Alipour team never reached out to me about what time my surgery was so I showed up as soon as they opened. when I got there I asked what time my surgery was scheduled for and the nurse said the time was crossed out on her schedule. no one had any idea and that to me is extremely unprofessional. also no one knew when Dr.Alipour would be there to do the surgery. the same thing happened when my husband got his surgery in January.
