I should have known...had an appointment with Dr.Benson on August 1st. 2025. After 22 days, 3-4 phone calls, 1 personal visit he/they haven't called in my prescription, signed the medical records, and seriously doubt the orthotics were ordered. Please forgo the platitudes or excuses. Already contacted the VA for Plan B.
Dr. Benson is amazing with kids. He is very thorough and caring His staff is very friendly and caring also. Dr. Benson goes the extra mile.
Dr.Benson is a very good foot doctor. He dealt with all my crazy questions and made sure my daughter was taken care of. Very polite and professional. I highly recommend going to him.
