Absolutely the worst power company to exist. Can't even handle a regular storm without the power going out. Takes them 10+ hours to fix it. Never seen a power company struggle so bad with a little bit of rain. honestly terrible.
Power constantly goes out and they take forever to fix it. If a grown man farts outside, the powers done for. Hey guess what on the plus side you’ll wait AT LEAST 2 hours for it to come back
Garbage company that increases bills by hundreds of dollars without our power consumption changing. Absolutely terrible service.
It's getting to have to many outages that's twice this week what's the damn problem
This company is complete shi they up you price without reason, outages take I mean forever to get restored and when you try and speak with someone no one ever answer the phone because there either in a meeting or on lunch etc. we have an outage right now and it has still taken over 3plus and still no service. We have 3 year old and younger here and the house is 58 degrees inside and can cook a damn think because zero electricity. Damn shame
