Very knowledgeable, very friendly, glad for the help we recieved
As a property management company with 15 years experience we are fortunate to have found Marie. She's an excellent paralegal fantastic to work with. Very fairly priced and is extremely knowledgeable. We highly recommend Marie for residential tenancy act issues and small claims issues.
If your a landlord in Ontario, don't wait until your tenant defaults - just get Marie already. She really took time to explain things, gave us hope and was quite candid. The lawyer we hired before Marie was totally useless - don't waste your time with lawyer, they're out of their depth when it comes to TLB, while it's Marie's home turf!
I have used Marie for several Landlord issues, I have always been impressed with her work and always a successful outcome.
