I went in today for a refill I was instantly sat however my nails are not even there is paint all over my nails. When I sat down there was a young lady next to me that was already in process I’d say 10-15 minutes in. I was finished before they even started painting the other girls nails. Ian a regular I tip very well min is 20 just for my nails however this time was horrible. I will not return this was the absolute worst experience ever
I’m tired of giving my money to businesses that don’t give a damn. I’ve been here so many times and today will be the last. Horrible service. The owner came by only for hot towel and lotion at the very end, never once looking at my nails. I can’t believe they sent me out the door with nails looking so bad. She did make a snarky comment about my yellow color. No I didn’t stay to complain I don’t have the time for them to redo them this was more than just paint he didn’t fill in my entire nail.
