I wasn't sure about this place just because some of the views I read. I figured if I don't like what treatment I'm receiving, I can just go somewhere else. I'm very glad I went. The staff & Doctor has been nothing but supportive, helpful suggestions, listened to my concerns. Everyone treated me with the utmost service. I was told about what was being done, my progress with my wound. I was completely healed in (4) visits THANK YOU ALL AT COREWELL WOUND CARE!!!!

Brought my adult daughter here in 2020 to have Dr Gavagan treat her stage 4 pressure ulcer on her back. He suggested surgery to add flap of skin inside wound to cover tailbone. In surgery, instead, he more than doubled the size of the wound by cutting out all the tissue that had grown AND he removed her tailbone without telling us. This resulted in her getting sepsis and being hospitalized many times over the following months until she died 9 months later. I feel this office killed my daughter.

They need some better front end staff. When you can actually get someone to answer the phone they’re rude and short. They announce you’ll have to pay a facility fee and a dr fee, but can’t tell you what that fee is or if your insurance will cover it. And if you have kids you have to leave them out in the car alone or something because they’re not allowed in.
