The establishment is clean and well managed. Used the kennel services and the staff gave a report on their status. Pets were happy to be there but happy to be home as well!
I took my cat here for the first time when I rescued her as a kitten. They took good care of her when she was in bad shape and instructed me on what I needed to do to keep her alive. It worked and I continued taking her here for the remainder of her life. They were the ones who gave me the news that she was terminally ill. They were able to answer all of my questions, and compassionately give me information that was based on knowledge and experience. They were there when she had her final visit to say goodbye.
