This arrogant chick, wouldn't even get that 1, presentable as for dressing, grooming sure, but the training apparently stopped there on whom ever trained her, so many become complacent on their jobs, because no one is really watching over them or you may say micromanage- we walked in because they still show open availability- but- if eyes could could light that match to the gas can- she wasn't courteous, nice, pleasant nor hospitable, which ever you want to put first- no customer service ethics whatsoever- no profes... read more
Seriously! Where do yall find these people? This is a senior community. If nothing more, a friendly smile and a pleasant attitude should be top priority! Find a manager who wants to do their job and who passionate about people. Not someone looking to just get a check!
This place does not deserve 4 stars. 1 star is what I meant to give it. As a resident my civil rights were violated by management and chief maintenance guy. The apartments are very nice but don't expect to use the work out room or have a way to open the gate from inside your vehicle. Management will lie to you every time you ask about either of those issues. They said I would get a device to open the gate and workout room apon. Signing a lease contract.
