We just returned from a March 2014 on Regent Navigator. We did not have one problem. Travel arrangements, seat assignments, transfer to the ship, and pre-cruisese paperwork where handled professionally by Pauline. Regent supplied more that we expected. With them everything is included: taxes and fees, gratuities and wine and mixed drinks plus guide show excursions we could choose from in each port. Food was excellent gourmet class.
Awesome service!! Everyone is very friendly and will bend over backwards to help you. I found a cruise online and brought the add to them, not only did they match the price but they got me a $50.00 on board bonus!! They also took care of all other on-board and travel arrangments. For getting the same price as doing everything yourself you can't beat it!! I would never try to research and book myself again. They made a lifetime customer out of me!!
