I think they are a completely unreliable company. I placed an order for a generator on 6/21/22 that ***** ****** had quoted me. Since then I have made repeated attempts to find out when this will ship after he quoted 4 in stock. I get no responses to emails or phone calls though he did finally answer the phone last Friday and said he'd find out when it would be available and call me back. Of course he never did. I would never recommend Beaumont Tractor to anyone.
I placed an order for a Kubota generator that was for resale. Beaumont Tractor quoted me and I submitted my bid to my customer. After the bid had closed the salesman emailed me he'd quoted the wrong price and I told him it was too late as the bid had closed. I got the order and Beaumont Tractor is refusing to fill the order for the price quoted. Very unethical and I would not recommend them to anyone. The technician changed the wrong gasket on my tractor. When fluid runs down it looks like a different part. Was easy to see when I brought in where it originated from but after he pressure washed it dripped down to another part. After 1.5 weeks they called to pick up. Cost of 358.95 Got home and still leaking in same spot. Then they changed gasket I originally told them was leaking for another 374.26.
