It’s going on three years now that I have lived here, and all I can say is this is home to me. I never thought I could feel so safe. The property is constantly kept up. The management is amazing Haley and Sheila will do whatever they can to make you happy, and they work so hard to make sure the property, is always looking great. maintenance ( Raymond ) Will definitely try and get to you as soon as possible. I've lived here six years and it's great. Maintenance is fast. Staff are always nice and helpful. I enjoy it.
I moved in in April of 2024 and have been very impressed! As a single Dad with a teenage son, this is the perfect place for us. The property is very clean with beautifull landscape and acres of green grass where my son and I play football and baseball. They playground for the smaller children is very safe and offers a shaded are for parents to relax. There are also grills for BBQ and tables for outdoor breaks. I’ve lived here since June 2021. I was new to the city when I first moved here. I didn’t know much about the area. When I visited these apartments prior to moving in, I felt good about it right away. I like that it is a gated community. The mall, Target, Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants are all nearby. I learned later from coworkers that this is “the nicer side of the city” also.
