I’ve lived here for three years now and never had any real issues until recently. I normally pay my rent using the echeck option on the loft website but for some reason the default account normally use to pay my rent was deleted and I didn’t pay attention and tried to submit a payment. The account that it attempted to pull from was an old account of mine that isn’t even active anymore. I have been living here for almost a year and I can honestly say I love it here. The managers Ms.Joy and Ms. Leyla are awesome. They’re very sweet, kind and understanding. These apartments are very spacious and really nice. The best thing about it is that its peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend anyone to Beaumont Trace.

I lived at Beaumont Trace for 11 years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the very beginning to the day I moved out, the staff was consistently professional, kind, and helpful. I always took pride in being a responsible tenant and treating my apartment with care and respect, and that mutual respect was always reflected in how management treated me in return. I do not recommend this property. While Sheila is incredibly sweet, helpful, and professional, the current property manager and the one Hailey that was there before her, have consistently been rude in person, dismissive, and difficult to work with. There is clearly a major communication gap between management and their staff, and it shows. The management team needs to keep their staff properly updated on new rollouts, policy changes, and anything that affects residents. “I’ve noticed that complaints in this apartment community are not handled consistently. When I reported ongoing noise issues, management was slow to respond, yet when another resident raised a similar concern, it was addressed immediately. This makes me feel that residents are not all treated equally or fairly. I believe everyone in this community deserves the same level of respect and timely attention when they bring up a concern. I hope management takes steps to ensure that all residents are treated fairly going forward.”
