I waited ten minutes in line just to be seen, even though I already checked in online. The front desk ladies were attempting to communicate with an older Arabic speaking woman who speaks broken English. I waited for an Arabic speaking worker to show up but no one did so I offered to translate to get the line moving. The staff here doesn’t know how to pronounce Arabic names. After being a patient and calling several times for refills i seem to have ran into the attitude bunch as even know there's a file on me they won't send over refills when there's a registration problem
Unfortunately the lady at the front desk can not work under pressure nor multi task as soon as I went to sign in she had the worst attitude! I did not feel welcomed at all She made it seem as if she was so backed up in work and she couldn't answer a simple question all I needed was the fax number.i work in the medical field so I know how crazy it could be!
